You must add a note, which contains the order number (you can check it in the mail of the purchase confirmation). There is a time limit of 15 days since the date you received the package to proceed with the shipment. As soon as we receive the package, we will send you a discount coupon to exchange in our web site with the same amount that the garment that you bought. If you prefer, we can make you a refund as well (shipping costs excluded).
If you had chosen a coupon in the first place, we won't be able to refund you. We could make you another coupon for the price of the items if you decide to return the order again.
Final sale items (60% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged as well as lingerie.
Your return will usually be processed within a week. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
For Germany, France, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy and Belgium the shipping costs is 10 €. It will be free on purchases over 150 € for these countries as well, if the amount of the goods kept is inferior to 150 €, we will charge 10 € in terms of shipping. As an example, if the purchase it's over 150 the shipping costs would be free, then when returning the goods, if you return the articles and keep an amount of goods with a value inferior to 150 €, the total amount of the refund would be decreased in 10 €. Arizona Vintage is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (for shippings and returns.)
