Can I order by phone or email?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by phone or email. But, it is very easy to order online. If you have any questions, please call us or send us an email, we are here to help!
How to shop online?
Select the items you want, clicking the "Add to Cart" icon next to the item (if instead of that icon, there is a yellow circle that shows "Sold Out", it means that the item is not available anymore for sell).
Then, fill in the required spaces with your info and select the kind of payment you prefer.
To finish, confirm your purchase and fill your data of the payment you chose.
Do you restock sold out articles?
Since we are a Vintage Shop, our clothes are unique, and we only have one item of each model, this is what makes our clothes so valuable and original.
We work hard to upload similar clothes constantly and we usually share this in our social networks, so follow us and stay tuned! Instagram: @arizonavintage
Anyway, we have also new and remade clothes that we design and made in our studio. This clothes comein bigger quantities and it’s more easy to restock them. If an article it’s made in more quantities,you would be able to introduce your email so we could notify you as soon as we have it back instock

Online payment via PayPal or credit / debit card is the easiest and safest way to make your purchase.
Bank transfer payments are accepted only by orders above 50 €. If you want to make a purchase usingthis method of payment, please contact us at email@example.com to help you personally to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, we start processing it. For that reason, it is not possible to add or remove items after you complete it. However, you can return any items you don’t want as long as it is still on time (15 days).
What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error note instantly if there is a problem with processing your credit card. In this case, you will have the chance to enter a new card number.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to provide you the tracking number of your shipment and the link where you can check the status anytime you want.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your order has been cancelled, it is possible that there is an error with your billing information, so please contact your bank to verify if the data is correct.
Then, start a new order typing the correct billing address.
How do I use a promotion code?
You will see the option to Enter a "Promo Code" once you try to buy an article. To exchange the offer, please enter the reference number into the box. Only one code can be used per transaction. Make sure you do this before confirming the payment - promotion codes cannot be applied afterwards
How do I know what size to select?
We use European sizes, so for jeans and skirts you can choose the size you normally use. Our jeans are true to size. If you are between sizes or you need futher assistance, feel free to write us an email to email@example.com
As for the coats and bombers, most of them are oversized.
You can take as a reference the height of the model.
Please note that, due to our items are vintage, the fit and the cut is different from the clothes that are made these days.
