Shopping in Arizona Vintage is totally safe. Our website is a safe online commerce, with multiple security filters.

Can I order by phone or email?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by phone or email. But it is very easy to order online. If you have any questions, please call us or send us an email, we are here to help!

How to shop online?
Select the items you want, clicking the "Add to Cart" icon next to the item.

Then, fill in the required spaces with your info and select the kind of payment you prefer.

To finish, confirm your purchase and fill your data of the payment you chose.


Do you restock sold out articles?
Since we are a Vintage Shop, our clothes are unique, and we only have one item of each model, this is what makes our clothes so valuable and original.

Anyway, we have also new and remade clothes that we design and made in our studio. This clothes come in bigger quantities and it’s more easy to restock them. If an article it’s made in more quantities, you would be able to introduce your email so we could notify you as soon as we have it back in stock.

Online payment via PayPal or credit / debit card is the easiest and safest way to make your purchase.

Bank transfer payments are accepted only by orders above 50 €. If you want to make a purchase using this method of payment, please contact us at hello@arizonavintage.com to help you personally to complete your purchase. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, we start processing it. For that reason, it is not possible to add or remove items after you complete it. However, you can return any items you don’t want as long as it is still on time (15 days).

 

What if my credit card is denied?
You will receive an error note instantly if there is a problem with processing your credit card. In this case, you will have the chance to enter a new card number.

ORDERS
How do I check the status of my order?
Please write us an email to hello@arizonavintage.com, in order to provide you the tracking number of your shipment and the link where you can check the status anytime you want.

Why was my order cancelled?
If your order has been cancelled, it is possible that there is an error with your billing information, so please contact your bank to verify if the data is correct.

Then, start a new order typing the correct billing address.

How do I use a promotion code?
You will see the option to <<Enter a Promo Code>> once you try to buy an article. To exchange the offer, please enter the reference number into the box. Only one code can be used per transaction. Make sure you do this before confirming the payment - promotion codes cannot be applied afterwards.

 

SIZES

How do I know what size to select?

As for the coats and bombers, most of them are oversized.

You can take as a reference the height of the model.

Please note that, due to our items are vintage, the fit and the cut is different from the clothes that are made these days.

SHIPPING

 

We deliver worldwide! Shipments to the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) will be delivered within approximately 3 to 5 working days, from the date of order confirmation.

International shipments (outside Spain) will be delivered within approximately 4 to 10 working days, from the date of order confirmation.

This time may be subject to variations, the conditions of the courier company, the season of ordering or potential conflicts in the target area.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day! Shipping costs will have a single price of 4.95 € to Spain and Portugal, (peninsula). Free shipping for purchases over 60 € in the peninsula.

For Canary Islands, the shipping cost is 19.95 €. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (for shippings and returns). Arizona Vintage is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.

For international shipping destination (outside Spain), the shipping cost is 19.95 €.

For Germany and France the shipping costs is 9.95 €. It will be for free on purchases over 150 € for France and Germany, if the amount of the goods kept is inferior to 150 €, we will charge 9,95 € in terms of shipping. As an example, if the purchase it's over 150 the shipping costs would be free, then when returning the goods, if you return the articles and keep an amount of goods with a value inferior to 150 €, the total amount of the refund would be decreased in 9,95 €. Arizona Vintage is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. What happens if I am not home for the delivery?

Our courier company will contact you to delivery your order in another moment.  

 

RETURNS

 

To return an item, please send the package back to the next address: Arizona Vintage C / Tellería 18 - Bilbao, Vizcaya (Spain) 48004. You must add a note, which contains the order number (you can check it in the mail of the purchase confirmation). The package has to be in our studio within 15 days starting from the date you received it. As soon as we receive the package, we will send you a discount coupon to exchange in our web site with the same amount that the garment that you bought. If you prefer, we can make you a refund as well (shipping costs excluded).
Final sale items (60% or more) cannot be returned or exchanged as well as lingerie.

In case of return, ARIZONA VINTAGE is not responsible for the shipping.
